Reclamatio as a service facilitates the conversion of disgruntled customers (detractors) into happy promoters. We collect and moderate all social media opinions related to complaints. We display insights on the collected data and facilitate a personalized contact with the consumers. We design and provide happiness packages to help the conversion of detractors.
