Join us for a 90-minute online workshop and learn how to communicate with clarity and confidence as a woman inbusiness situations.
It’s a common stereotype that men take up too much space. But the flipside of this is that maybe we, women take up too little space. Instead ofblaming others for our disadvantaged situation, let’s see what we can do to improve ourprofessional positions. This workshop aims to empower all participants toexpress themselves with more confidence in business situations.

When does the workshop take place?
On 29 March from 3 pm – 5 pm. Participants willbe sent a Zoom link a day before the event.
The language of the workshop will be English. The format will be 2x45 minutes with a short break.
What topics will be covered?
The workshop will cover three topics:
1., MINDSET
How are we, women perceived when we present inbusiness situations? How do we think of ourselves? What kind of negative assumptionsdo we have and what can we do to reframe these?
2., FORMAT
What can we do in practical terms to speak more confidently in business situations?What are some quick tricks that ensure that a female speaker is taken moreseriously?
3., CONTENT
What are the content elements women commonly usethat weaken their position, whatever the topic? How to avoid these?

The maximum number of participants at thisworkshop is 20. Spots will be filled on a first come first serve basis. Youwill receive a written e-mail confirmation in case your spot is secured.

Who is going to facilitate the workshop?
Adrienn Olson is a CEU iLab mentor,communication expert, an adjunct faculty at the Warsaw University ofTechnology Business School, a TEDx coach, and a YouTuber running the channelcalled Communication Plus. Her channel's mission is to empower women tocommunicate with clarity and confidence while shaping the world.
